While I didn’t have the opportunity to photograph as many LGBTQ+ weddings this year as I did in the past, I’m hopeful that 2025 will bring more of these incredible celebrations of love. As someone who identifies as gay, capturing LGBTQ+ weddings is truly where my heart lies. It’s my comfort zone, and no matter who you are or who you love, I am dedicated to photographing your wedding with the highest level of respect, warmth, and care.
One of my recent weddings stands out—a breathtaking beach ceremony that was small in scale but grand in every other sense. The dramatic ocean views, the soft sand beneath their feet, and the intimacy of the moment made it nothing short of magical. And the couple? Simply stunning. Their connection, their presence, it left me speechless. Asia’s dress was an absolute showstopper—unique, sultry, and full of character. There are times when I wish I had days, not hours, to capture the depth and beauty of a couple’s story.
At my core, I’m still a romantic. Weddings, no matter the couple or their background, will always move me. The romance, the raw emotion, the drama of the day, and the undeniable love that fills the air—it’s all so powerful.
Looking ahead, I recognize that the coming years may be politically charged, especially for minority communities, including the queer community and myself. But as I look forward to working with all my future clients, I want everyone to know that they are in a safe space with me. If you choose me as your photographer, know that I will approach your wedding with artistic vision, dignity, and the deepest respect for who you are and the love you share.
Here’s to 2025—may it be filled with more love stories, more breathtaking moments, and more beautiful memories to capture.
